What your respondents see
When you share a form's link, people see the form as one scrolling page. This page describes what they see, so you can answer their questions.
The form page
- The top shows your form title, an optional banner image and your description.
- Questions show one below another. Anything that depends on an earlier answer, such as the questions after an If / Else block or the payment summary, appears once that answer is given.
- A line at the top says * Indicates required question. Required questions carry a *.
- If you turned it on, a chip shows how many places are left.
- The page uses your chosen colours.
- On the Free plan a Powered by GrabUrPass badge shows at the bottom. Builder and Pro remove it.
Drafts and clearing
Answers are saved on the person's own device as they type. If they come back, they see Draft restored from this device. with a Start over link. The draft does not follow them to another device. Clear form at the bottom removes all answers.
The submit button

The button looks faded until required questions are filled. Clicking it anyway scrolls to the first problem.
Paying
- The person enters their email. The Order summary then shows the price. If you chose that the submitter pays the fee, it adds the platform fee and a total.
- They click Submit & pay. The payment window opens. They can pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet.
- After the payment is confirmed, their response is saved.
If they close the payment window, the form is not submitted and they are not charged.
The success screen
They see a tick and the heading from your End screen block, or Your response has been recorded. Your End screen description appears below.
When a form can't be filled

Messages and what to tell them
