Profile and security

Your account page has tabs for your details, password, payouts, data and legal policies. A separate Settings page lists the devices you are signed in on.

Account tabs

Edit your profile

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Change your name, phone number or where you work. Your email is shown but cannot be changed. You sign in with it.
3. Fields marked * are required.
4. Click Save changes. You will see Profile saved.

Change your password

1. Open the Security tab.
2. Under Change password, enter your Current password.
3. Enter a New password. A checklist shows what it needs.
4. Click Change password.

You will see Password changed. If other devices were signed out, the message says how many.

If you signed up with Google, the page says you have no password yet. To add one, use Forgot password on the sign-in page and we email you a code.

Log out of devices

On the Security tab, click Manage devices. This opens Settings, where each device shows its name, place, how you signed in and when it was last active. The one you are using is marked This device.

1. To remove one device, click Log out on its row.
2. To remove all but this one, click Log out all other devices.
3. To remove every device including this one, click Log out everywhere and confirm. You will need to sign in again.

If you see a device you do not recognise, log it out and then change your password.

Download your data

In Data & privacy, click Download my data. You get a file with your account, payout details and a list of your forms with response counts.

Delete your account

1. In Data & privacy, click Delete my account.
2. The box Delete your account? shows how many forms and responses will go.
3. Type DELETE to unlock the button.
4. Click Delete permanently, or Cancel.
