Plans and AI credits
GrabUrPass has a Free plan and two paid plans. You can also buy AI credits on their own. This page explains what each gives you.

There is no limit on how many forms you can create. Prices include GST. See Pricing for current prices.
Buy a plan
- Open the upgrade box from a banner, or go to Pricing.
- Choose Builder or Pro.
- Pay at checkout.
A plan lasts one month and does not renew automatically. When it ends you are back on Free. Buy again to continue.
If you go over the response limit
Extra responses are saved, not deleted. The dashboard shows a banner such as N responses are locked with an Upgrade button. They unlock when you upgrade. A new month starts a fresh allowance. A grey banner with See plans warns you once you pass 80% of the limit.
AI credits page
Open your account and choose credits to see your balance. The page shows Credits left, your plan and its end date, your purchases, and Recent activity.

Buy credits
A box opens when you run out, run low, or choose to add credits. The Starter pack costs ₹25 once and gives 25 credits, valid for 30 days.
Credit rules
- A build message uses 1 credit. An Ask question uses a quarter credit.
- A failed message is refunded.
- Building by hand is always free.
- Monthly credits top you up to 5 (Free) or 100 (Builder and Pro). They do not add on top of what you have, and they expire at the end of the month.
- Credits have no cash value.
