Fees
When your form takes payments, GrabUrPass charges a platform fee on each payment. The fee is the platform fee rate (5%, or 3% on Pro) plus the payment gateway fee, and 18% GST is charged on both. GrabUrPass earns only the rate; the gateway fee and GST are passed on. This page shows how it works and who pays it.
Platform fee
- The fee is 5% of the price.
- On the Pro plan it is 3%.
- The payment gateway fee (about 1.95%) is added to it.
- 18% GST is charged on the platform fee and the gateway fee together.

Who pays the fee
You choose this on each Payment block, in the Platform fee paid by setting. There are two options.
- Form creator (deducted from your payout): the person paying sees your listed price. The whole fee (platform fee, gateway fee and GST) comes out of your share.
- Submitter (added on top of the price): the person paying sees the price, a "Platform & processing fee (incl. 18% GST)" line and a total. You get the full price.
Example: a ₹10,000 ticket
At 5%, the platform fee is ₹500. With the creator paying, the person pays ₹10,000 and your payout is ₹9,179.90. With the submitter paying, the person pays ₹10,839.42 and you get the full ₹10,000.
