Paid responses after the form was full

Sometimes someone pays at the moment the last seat goes. The dashboard then shows a banner: N paid response(s) arrived after the form was full. Those rows are marked Over limit in Submissions. For each one, click Keep to keep it, or refund it from the Earnings tab. A refund deletes the response and frees its seats. The banner's Go to Earnings button takes you there.
