Set up payouts
A payout is money from your paid forms, sent to you. You add one place to receive it, either a UPI ID or a bank account. It is used for all your forms. You need it before you can publish a form with a Payment block.
Add where your money goes
- Open your account and go to the Payouts tab.
- Choose UPI ID or Bank account.
- Fill in the fields (see the table below).
- Click Review & save.
- Read the box titled Send your earnings here? Check every character.
- Click Yes, use this UPI ID (or Yes, use this account). Click Go back to fix something.
The confirm box tells you three things. All your forms will pay out here. Payouts cannot be recalled once sent. We verify the account with our payment partner, and for UPI a ₹1 test credit may be sent to it.

When you get paid
After you add or change a destination, the first payout takes a little longer.

- After you add or change a destination, payouts to it wait 24 hours.
- If your balance is under ₹100, it waits until it reaches ₹100.
Tax withheld from payouts
By law, GrabUrPass withholds a small amount of tax from your payouts and pays it to the government on your behalf. It is credited against your own GST and income tax, so you can claim it back.
- GST TCS, 0.5%. Withheld only if you add a GSTIN. It shows in your GST return.
- Income-tax TDS, 0.1%. Withheld on your sales. It rises to 5% if you have not added a PAN.
- ₹5 lakh limit for individuals. If your PAN shows you are an individual or HUF, no TDS is withheld until your sales through GrabUrPass pass ₹5,00,000 in an Indian financial year (1 April to 31 March). After that, 0.1% applies to the amount above it.
Add your PAN and GSTIN under Tax details on the Payouts tab. Your payouts list shows the TCS and TDS withheld from each payout.
